Partnerships & growth capital

Building something real? Let’s talk partnership.

When we believe in a business or an idea that needs outside capital, we can come in as a strategic partner and put our own money behind it. Every proposal is judged on its merits, and nothing is promised before due diligence.

Who it’s for

Founders with a real business, or a real plan.

We would rather look closely at a few proposals than quickly at many. This is who we want to hear from.

Running

Growing businesses

A business with customers and revenue that needs capital for its next step: a new market, a new product or more capacity.

Early stage

Early-stage founders

A working idea, a first version or first customers, and a clear plan for what outside money would change.

Partnership

Ideas that need a partner

Sometimes the gap is more than money. Where finance, technology, people or events can help, we can bring those too.

Need a business loan rather than a partner? We help businesses apply to RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. See loan facilitation

What we look for

Four things we look for first.

Numbers matter, but they are not the whole story. We look just as closely at the people, and at how they keep their word.

  • A real problem, real customers

A business or an idea that solves a real problem for people who are ready to pay for it.

  • Founders who keep their word

People who plan before they promise, and then do what they said they would do.

  • A clear use of capital

A plan for how outside money will be used, what it will change, and by when.

  • A fit beyond money

A business where our experience in finance, technology, people or events can help, not only our capital.

Real growth happens in silence, long before it’s noticed.

How it works

From a short note to signed terms.

Four steps, at a pace that leaves room for proper questions on both sides.

  1. Step one · You

    Share

Send a short proposal through the form below: what you’re building, your stage and what you need. A link to your deck is enough.

  2. Step two · Together

    Conversation

If there’s a possible fit, we get in touch to meet, listen and ask questions about the business and the plan.

  3. Step three · Us

    Evaluation and due diligence

We look closely at the numbers, the market, the team and the documents. It takes as long as it needs.

  4. Step four · Both sides

    Partnership terms

If both sides want to go ahead, the terms are set out in signed agreements. Nothing is final until then.

  • How much you need, and what it will change
  • Who is on the team
  • A link to your deck, website or LinkedIn

Please don’t send confidential information you are not comfortable sharing at this stage. The form takes links only, never file uploads.

What we do not do

Our own capital, never the public’s.

So that there is never any confusion about what SP & SP is, and what it is not.
