Loan facilitation & consulting

We don’t lend. We help you borrow well.

SP & SP Services is a loan facilitator. We understand what you need, explain your options in plain words and take a complete application to RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. The lender decides, and we stay with you until it does.

How it works

Four steps, and the lender decides.

You always know who you are dealing with, and nothing goes to a lender without your agreement.

  1. Step one

    Tell us what you need

Request a callback. We call back Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7 pm. No documents at this stage.

  2. Step two

    We look at your options

We understand your profile, explain suitable loan types and list the documents the lender will ask for.

  3. Step three

    You know the lender first

Before your application goes anywhere, we tell you the name of the lender it will go to. You deal with that lender directly.

  4. Step four

    The lender decides

The lender assesses, sanctions and disburses, straight into your bank account. Read its Key Facts Statement before you sign.

SP & SP

What we do

  • Understand your requirement and your profile
  • Explain product features as the lender communicates them
  • Help you put together and submit a complete application
  • Follow up with the lender and keep you updated

The bank or NBFC

What only the lender does

  • Assesses eligibility, and checks your credit report with your consent
  • Decides sanction, amount, interest rate, fees and tenure
  • Gives you its Key Facts Statement and loan agreement
  • Disburses into your bank account and collects repayments

Our lending partners

The lender’s name, before anything is sent.

We work with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. Before your application goes anywhere, we tell you the name of the lender it will go to, and you deal with that lender directly.

  • Regulated lenders

The banks and NBFCs we work with are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. You can check any lender on rbi.org.in and on its own website.

  • Named before you apply

You hear the lender’s name from us before your details are shared. If you’d rather not go ahead with that lender, nothing is sent.

  • Your contract is with the lender

You sign the lender’s own documents, directly with the lender. Money moves only between you and the lender.

Why no names here? We publish a lender’s name on this page only with that lender’s written consent. You will always hear the name from us before you apply.

Fees

Fees, in plain words.

Three things to know before you pay anyone anything.

Getting a loan approved

We never ask for money to approve a loan.

We will never ask you to pay money to us or to any individual to get a loan approved, whether in cash, by bank transfer or to a personal UPI ID.

Consulting work

Agreed in writing, before we start.

If we do separate consulting work for you, such as a project report, the fee is agreed in writing before we start and is never linked to loan approval.

The lender’s charges

Set by the lender, shown in its Key Facts Statement.

The lender’s own processing fee appears in the lender’s Key Facts Statement, with the interest rate and every other charge. Read it before you sign, and pay the lender only through its official channels.

If anyone asks you to pay a ‘file charge’, an ‘approval fee’ or ‘insurance’ to an individual or a personal UPI ID in our name, do not pay. Report it at 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in (opens in a new tab), tell us at info@spandsp.com, and read our fraud advisory.

Disclosures

Loan facilitation disclosure.

Please read this before you apply. It sets out who we are, what we do, and what only the lender decides.

Applying

What kinds of loans can you help with?

Business loans, working capital, loan against property, project and construction finance, trade (import and export) finance, and personal loans. What is available to you depends on the lender and your profile.

What documents will I need?

Usually KYC (PAN and Aadhaar), recent bank statements and income proof, and for a business, GST or Udyam registration and financial statements. Secured loans also need property or asset papers. The lender sets the final list. We don’t collect documents through this website, and we will never ask for your OTP, PIN or passwords.

How long does it take?

It depends on the lender, the type of loan and how complete your documents are. After the first call we give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated.

Will my enquiry affect my credit score?

Talking to us does not. When a lender processes your application, it may check your credit report with your consent, and several checks in a short period can lower a score slightly. We won’t send your application to any lender without telling you first.
