Starting a project
Can you take on a small project?
Yes. Small projects are welcome. Every job, large or small, gets a written scope and a quote before work starts.
How much does a website or an app cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. After a discovery call we send a written scope and a fixed quote, so you know the cost before any work starts. If you have a budget in mind, tell us in the form and we’ll suggest what fits.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. The written quote includes a delivery date, and we keep you updated at every step.
Can you take over a website or system someone else built?
Often, yes. We start by reviewing what you have, then tell you in writing what we can support, fix or rebuild.
Do you work outside Gurugram?
Our office is in Gurugram, and we work across Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Much of the work, such as websites, apps, software and cloud setup, doesn’t need us on site. For networking, CCTV and on-site support, ask us about your location.
Ownership, support and results
Who owns the website, app or code?
It is agreed in writing before work starts. Domains, hosting and store accounts are usually set up in your business’s name, and the written scope says exactly what is handed over at the end.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Choose a support plan or an annual maintenance contract (AMC), or call on us when you need us. What’s covered, and how quickly we respond, is written into the agreement.
How do you handle our logins and data?
We use access only for the work agreed, and what we hand back at the end is set out in your written scope. Security work reduces risk, but no one can honestly promise that a system will never be breached.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking on Google?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Search engines decide rankings. We do the work that helps: a fast, well-built website, useful content, a complete Google Business Profile and honest reporting.
