Please confirm anything important with us, and with the lender or professional concerned, before you act on it.

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but products, processes and regulations change, and the website may not always reflect the latest position.

SP AND SP SERVICE LLP is not a bank or a Non-Banking Financial Company, and it does not lend money or accept deposits. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit or a promise of a loan.

When we help you apply for a loan, eligibility, sanction, amount, interest rate, fees, tenure and every other term are decided solely by the lender, under its own credit policy. Nothing on this website invites you to invest in, or deposit money with, SP & SP or any other business. We do not accept deposits or investments from the public, and we do not offer any scheme with assured returns. Any business partnership is subject to due diligence and signed agreements. Services agreed in writing

The written agreement is what applies.

IT projects, staffing, events, artist bookings and consulting work are each agreed in writing before they start, in a scope, quote, contract or engagement letter. If anything in that document differs from this website, the document applies.

Events and productions are delivered with our group companies, White and Black Entertainment and Parasvi Events. SP Group of Companies is a group name, and each business in it is a separate legal entity.

Using this website

Please use it fairly.

When you use this website, please do not:

• send false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• pretend to be SP & SP, or anyone else;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• use the enquiry form to send advertising, spam or harmful content;
• use the website for anything unlawful.

We are not responsible for messages, calls or payment requests from people who pretend to be us. We contact you only from email addresses ending in @spandsp.com. If something feels wrong, read our fraud advisory.

Our name, logo and content.

The text, design and graphics of this website, and the SP & SP Services name and logo, are used by SP AND SP SERVICE LLP and may not be reused without permission. The names and marks of our group companies belong to their owners.
